Doula & Birth Support Services

Child Birth Education

I offer private child birth education classes in person or virtually on a schedule to best fit your needs. These classes focus on the integration of both body and mind. 

There are 2 course options to choose from: 

Comprehensive Childbirth Education Class (~4 hours)

- Preparing your body and mind for birth

- Anatomy and physiology of birth & the stages of labor

-   Pain Medications(epidural etc) & other potential interventions

- Inductions & cesarean birth

- Learning your options and developing realistic birth preferences

- Hands on comfort measures & finding everyone role in the birth space

-  Positions for labor and birth 

- How to emotionally support the mother giving birth 

- Breathing techniques 

- Immediate postpartum routines in the hospital/your birth place

- Postpartum and baby care so you can make informed choices and decisions to best suit your family. 

Fee: $400

** Popular option for first time couples**

Basics of Birth (~2 hours)

- Basic anatomy & physiology of birth 

- Stages of labor 

- Hands on comfort measures from your partner/birth team & finding everyones role

- How to emotionally support the mother giving birth 

- Breathing techniques 

- Workshopping positions for labor and birth 

Fee: $200

** This is a popular option for those who are not interested in learning about the medical aspects of birth and just want to focus on learning how to labor and birth unmedicated or, for those in the medical field who may have the knowledge already. Can also be used as a refresher for those who have taken a childbirth education class before**

Expectant Couple

Pre & Post Natal Planning

In our prenatal sessions, I offer unwavering support to you and your family to plan for the before, during and after birth. 

This includes: ​

  • Receive a birth plan template, along with some extra worksheets to help you prep for the big day! and guidance on how to create a customized birth plan for you and your team. 

  • Provider referrals, talking through doctor appointments, postpartum preparation and more!

  • We touch on your different birth options (This is not a full-length childbirth education course however, this is time to be tailored specifically to YOU to help you make informed decisions and ask questions about anything you may need clarification on).

  • A great supplement close to delivery after you have taken childbirth ed— or prior to class so you can be prepared with questions

* 60 mins virtual $75 

* 60 mins in-person $125

Mother and Baby

Postpartum Support

As your postpartum doula, I’ll provide:

  • Emotional and Physical support 

  • Feeding support (breast or bottle) 

  • Day/night infant care

  • Basic household chores and meal prep

  • Light pet care 

  • Sibling care

  • Running Errands

  • Connecting you to local resources

  • Information on postpartum mood disorders​

*** Fee for postpartum support is $40 an hour daytime, $50 overnight. 

Birth Doula with Couple

Labor Support

As your birth doula, I'll provide

  • 2 pre-natal visits 


  • 24/7 phone, text and email contact for any of your birth related questions or support needed. 


  • On-call time for in person support  from week 38 of your pregnancy until the birth.


  • Strategies and suggestions help you cope with the physical, mental and emotional needs of labor and birth (medicated, unmedicated, vaginal or cesarean.) 


  •  Physical labor support including massage, counter pressure suggesting labor positions etc.


  • Suggestions for your partner on how to participate or support as well as allowing them to rest. 


  • FREE spot in The Nesting Place - Fourth Trimester Support group. 


Fee for Labor is $1950

Payment plans available, just ask!

Prenatal Support Call

  • Need a birth bff? Ssssomeone to get excited about pregnancy with, listen if you need to cry or scream? Let sit down and have a chat. 

  • With my experience supporting others through the highs and lows of pregnancy, I will be a compassionate shoulder to lean on— and not project my judgements or experiences. 

  • Option for a phone or video call where we can chat about all things pregnancy and birth and you receive the support you need. New clients receive 1 week of text support after our call

Postpartum Support Call

  • This sensitive and transitional time can be tough. I wont sugar coat it or tell you to “sleep when the baby sleeps” or ask you 100 questions about the baby. 

  • I am here to listen to YOU. I want to hear how YOU are doing physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

  • Support from family and friends is beautiful however,  sometimes the wrong support can feel even more isolating. Having non-judgments unbiased ear can make all the difference. 

  • Option for a phone or video call where we can chat about all things postpartum and you receive the support you need. New clients receive 1 week of text support after our call
